exFM iPhone app does not scrobble to Last.FM
I have connected exFM account to last.FM account over the web and can scrobble the songs to last.FM when played through www.ex.FM over the web. However, when for the songs played on iPhone using the same exFM account, it does not scrobble to last.FM. I tried to connect to last.FM account through options in exFM iPhone app, but it does not work. Does the settings on web not carry over to iPhone for scrobbling? This seems buggy.
Also noticed, the connect to Twitter is not working as well on iPhone app. I am using iOS5.1 on 4S.
Please clarify and advise steps to scrobble my exFM songs played on iPhone to last.FM

Sorry you are having issues with Last.fm and Twitter on the iPhone. One simple fix is to log out and log back into the app assuming you have not tried that yet. Let me know.

I tried that as well. I also removed the app and re-installed and tried to login. When I login, the prompt "Logging.." stays up; i had to kill the app instance and then re-start and I then I see myself logged in. However in the Feed tab, the following displays error - "The requested URL was not found on the server...".
Also when I play the song, it does not scrobble.
When I navigate to Settings page, I asks me to connect to Twitter, FB, Tumblr and last.Fm and prompts me with textbox to input; Upon putting correct login for respective services, the screen comes back to blank textboxes.
Is this integration working in iphone apps? It's quite frustrating.

It is working. We have seen reports of users having trouble connecting, but only a few. I apologize for the inconvenience. We just modified a few things on our end. We suggest you attempt to connect again. There are instances where the connecting "times out" and the only solution is to attempt again at a later time (usually 10 to 15 mins).

What credentials should we provide in the login attached? I believe it's exFM; i tried giving last.FM as well. The Connect to LastFm screen goes back to original state asking for user credentials.
One thing, I noticed, when I log off and log back in it takes forever to login; Ihad to kill instance of app. When I fire the app, after this, I can see the loved songs, but not the twitter/lastFm connections.
Please advise.

When logged into the mobile app you'll want to use your Last.fm login info on that screen. It appears to be timing out on your end. I will look into it more, but typically the solution is simply trying again in a little while. It's an issue with both sites talking to each other and if a response does not come back in a timely manner (for a variety of reasons) it cancels the action.

I've tried with latest version of exFM iPhone app, still does not scrobble to last.FM. The exFM new version of app is awesome, it has some of the great features.
Can you investigate on inability to scrobble to last.FM via iPhone app for my account - thinkinghatsoff at gmail dot com?

Sorry you are having issues scrobbling. We have seen this issue with other users and are investigating. One fix we've seen in those cases is disconnecting and reconnecting your Last.fm and exfm account ensuring you are using the most up to date login credentials for both services.

I've done that and tested it works from exFm web version and NOT from iPhone. I would like to ask one more time earlier question-
In iPhone exFM app, when prompted to login through "Connect last.FM "; I've tried both exFM credentials as well as my last.FM credentials.
When last.FM credentials are provided; get an error msg which says - "http://m/ex.fm". There was a problem. Please try again."
When I give exFM credentials, the login screen goes blank after submitting!
Also cannot connect and share over Twitter/Tumblr via iphone app! What credentials need to be provided in respective service?
I am trying hard to get this thing to work. Is this user account specific or iOS specific?

Quick update-ExFm 2.01 resolves this issue; it does now logins quickly and scrobbles to last.fm for songs played on iPhone. Also can see twitter, tumblr connected as well.
ExFM rocks!

Does not work for me, that is the version I am running and i get the same http://m.ex.fm there was a problem. Please try again error.
I think this is not fixed!

The issue can vary from user to user. We are working hard to determine the cause of why certain services time-out.

With exFM 2.01 version, it now scrobbles to Last.FM. exFM v2.0 really rocks.
