Sorry you received our latest email. I can assure you we would
never steal accounts. Nor we would ever spam any user – ever.
There are times users receive emails from us after unsubscribing.
It's incredibly rare and we're working hard to make sure that never
happens. Also, there is an option in the bottom right of our emails
to completely unsubscribe.
Checking our records, we did have you as a user prior to 7/10.
That is when we moved over to a new database. Rest assured I have
manually deleted your account and your email address. I apologize
we currently don't offer an automatic method for account deletion.
We will soon. Take care.

I am not seeing the cox.net email address in our mailing
database. Are you referring to another? You can email me directly
kirk at ex dot fm and I will straighten out any issues you are
having. Apologies. We certainly do not want to email you if you
don't want to receive them.
